Drink at least two liters of water a day and doing everything possible to have bowel assured, mainly because cellulite is an accumulation of toxins that can escape if you eliminate constipation. I like homemade food and I'm not very keen on eating out. If you don't have time to make elaborated meals try my Special Tomato Sauce. The leftover sauce may be spooned into freezer bags until required.

Special Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:

5oo gr canned tomatoes
1 green pepper chopped
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 big onion chopped
olive oil
basil fresh or dried
salt, ground pepper
small pinch dried oregano and thyme

Fry the onion with the garlic in olive oil till the onion turns yellowish. Add the the green pepper and after a minute place the tomato in a pan and let it cook over moderate heat.Cook for 20-30 minutes. Don't forget to stir it once in a while (add a few spoon of water if needed). When the onion is cooked turn off the heat and add the basil, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper. Then, puree the sauce in a blender or food processor.
Before serving, reheat gently and pour over the drained pasta.
